Lois Marian Mustar

We are only three degrees of separation from people who make a difference in our lives and that couldn't be truer of Lois.I remember lamenting to Raelene while she was in Perth about how everything seemed to be crumbling after my mum passed away, followed by the sale of our Barkly Street dress shop. Before I knew it, I had beautiful Julie on my doorstep with words from Lois saying, "Wrap her in a blanket and bring her over." That act of kindness has always been remembered. As a teenager, I was always visiting Raelene at Albion Street, and distinctly remember Lois standing in her kitchen with a smile, always ready to help with anything you could ask for. Those memories stayed with me, and years later, it was special to visit Raelene and her family in London and see Lois in Clovelly Lane. No matter where she was, she had the same kind heart and welcoming smile.From teenage antics to young adults, I remember ushering Lois into the theatre when Raelene and I were studying acting at university. Lois was excited to watch her girl perform on the grand stage, her pride was unmistakable.Lois had the most beautiful heart, and I see that same kindness and thoughtfulness reflected in her two beautiful girls Raelene & Julie. I see my lifelong friend Raelene as a strong, amazing woman and for our friendship, I thank Lois and God every step of the way.
